I had the worst experience ever at this hospital! The staff is completely irresponsible, and the level of service is shocking. Even while we were in the emergency room, the power went out, and we were left in total darkness. I had to use my mobile phone’s torch to light up the room—can you imagine that in an emergency situation? It was unbelievable! To make matters worse, when we went back to the pharmacy, they had LOST the doctor’s prescription paper. Instead of taking responsibility, one of the pharmacy staff—an unqualified person with just an F.A. pass—started writing down medicines himself, pretending to act on behalf of the doctor. How is that even allowed? This place is an absolute disaster and a danger to anyone who comes here for treatment. Stay far away if you value your health!
